CM ensuring welfare of settlers: Srinivas Goud
Tourism Minister V Srinivas Goud said the State Medical and Health Department was on alert, besides working on the measures to be taken up if and when the third wave occurs

Hyderabad: Tourism Minister V Srinivas Goud on Sunday said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was ensuring the welfare of all people, including those hailing from other States who had made Telangana their home.
The Minister was speaking in a virtual conference organised by Confederation of Telugu Region Malayalee Association in collaboration with Malayalam Mission-Telangana Chapter on the measures to be taken for controlling the spread of coronavirus in the third wave.
Goud said the State Medical and Health Department was on alert, besides working on the measures to be taken up if and when the third wave occurs. Preventive measures were being taken up and the required medicines and advanced equipment were being arranged in all the hospitals. More importantly diagnostics centres have been set up in many places across the State, he said.
“Chief Minister is ensuring the welfare of all people, including those who settled in Telangana,” said Srinivas Goud, adding that when floods ravaged Kerala, the Chief Minister had extended timely support to the Kerala government.
The Minister complimented the services being extended by the Kerala community in Hyderabad.
