Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao mourned the death of renowned short story writer and Kendra Sahitya Akademi awardee Kalipatnam Rama Rao popularly known as Kara Master.
He said KaRa had touched upon the personal and sociological lives of the commoners in his writings in a new dimension. He conveyed his condolences to members of the bereaved family.
