Divakonda Narayan Rao was the father of Telangana Publications Private Limited Chairman and Managing Director D Damodar Rao.
MA&UD Minister KT Rama Rao also paid tributes to late Narayan Rao. Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao, MLC Pochampally Srinivas Reddy and other elected public representatives accompanied the MA&UD Minister.
