Yadadri-Bhongir: Telangana State Forest Development Corporation Chairman Ventelu Prathap Reddy on Sunday said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was striving to turn Telangana into a poverty-free state in the country.
Speaking to the media during a visit to Yadadri, where he participated in special pooja in Sri Lakshminarsimha Swamy temple (Balalyam), he said the welfare schemes taken up by the Chief Minister were aimed at chasing out poverty from the State and improve the living conditions of all sections of society. “The Chief Minister will soon play a key role in national politics,” he said, adding that Sri Yadadri Lakshminarsimha Swamy temple has been developed into a magnificent temple with mesmerising sculptures.
