Hyderabad: Chief Minister thanked the voters of Nagarjuna Sagar Assembly constituency for electing TRS candidate Nomula Bhagath with a huge majority in the byelections. He assured to fulfill all the electoral promises made during the bypoll campaign. He stated that he would soon visit Nagarjuna Sagar constituency along with newly elected MLA Bhagat and solve the issues being faced by the people.
In a statement, the Chief Minister said that the State government had sanctioned lift irrigation schemes in the constituencies of Devarakonda, Nagarjuna Sagar, Miryalaguda, Huzurnagar and Kodada which will be completed soon to provide water for irrigation and other purposes to the people of erstwhile Nalgonda district. He also assured that all the issues observed by the party leaders during the election campaign will be resolved shortly.
Chandrashekhar Rao thanked the people of Nagarjuna Sagar constituency for reposing their faith in development and welfare programmes being implemented by the TRS government, despite the false propaganda by the Opposition parties. He stated that the party will rededicate itself with double the enthusiasm and serve the people.
On the occasion, the TRS President congratulated Bhagath and advised him to indulge in public service and lay a strong foundation for his bright political career. He also congratulated the TRS party leaders and activists who worked hard for the victory of Nomula Bhagath.
