Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Friday extended best wishes to Indian sports persons participating in the 32nd Olympics in Tokyo.

In a statement here, he exuded confidence that the participants from India would excel and bring laurels to the country by winning gold medals.

The participants should unfurl the national flag at the global platform during the Olympics, winning medals and make India proud, he said, adding that the Olympics reflect global peace as sports persons from various countries take part in it.
