CM Revanth Reddy directs officials to speed up paddy procurement
The Chief Minister instructed Special Officers to visit purchase centers in the field, address any grievances on-site, and closely monitor paddy procurement regularly.

Hyderabad: With farmers staging protests at many places across the State over the government’s failure in procuring their stocks, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday directed officials to take all necessary steps expediting paddy procurement and ensure there were no hassles. The State government has already appointed IAS officers as Special Officers for effective implementation of the government schemes and development programmes.
The Chief Minister directed that Special Officers should conduct field visits at the purchase centres. He also asked the authorities to address the grievances on the spot, if any, and closely monitor the paddy procurement regularly.
