CM to inaugurate oil palm factory at Narmetta on March 22

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will inaugurate the oil palm factory at Narmetta in Nanganur mandal on March 22. A three-day Rythu Mela will be organised ahead of the launch to showcase modern farm technology and equipment for farmers

Siddipet: BC Welfare and Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar said Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy would inaugurate the oil palm factory at Narmetta in Nanganur mandal on March 22.

Speaking after distributing agricultural implements to farmers of Akkannapet, Husnabad and Koheda mandals at the Husnabad market yard on Wednesday, Prabhakar said the government would also organise a three-day Rythu Mela on the premises of the oil palm factory ahead of its inauguration.

The Minister said farmers would get a glimpse of modern agricultural technology at the event and could also purchase such equipment, which would help improve their farming practices.
