Hyderabad: BJP State president Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Monday said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s plans to play a crucial role in national politics would remain an unfulfilled dream.
Since there were discussions across the State on corruption, the Chief Minister was trying to divert the people’s attention by raking up national politics, he alleged, on the TRS president’s meeting with Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and NCP supremo Sharad Pawar.
Speaking to media persons here, the BJP leader said in the name of Bangaru Telangana, the government was misusing public money. In the past, TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu too had met with some Chief Ministers and prominent leaders in other States but today there was nothing left for him politically, he said.
“On social media websites, the TDP Chief is being trolled regularly by people. There is no doubt that Chandrashekhar Rao will also end up with the same fate,” Sanjay said.
