Committee to review PC Ghose report on Kaleshwaram

The State government has formed a committee of senior IAS officers to study the Justice PC Ghose Commission report on the Kaleshwaram project. The summary will be presented to the Cabinet, which is expected to review it in Monday’s meeting

Hyderabad: The State government has constituted a committee with senior IAS officers to study the report of the Justice PC Ghose Commission on the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project. The committee will study the report and submit its summary to the State Cabinet on Monday.

The Justice PC Ghose Commission report was presented to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy by the officials here on Friday. Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy, and Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy were present on the occasion.


Accordingly, the State government constituted a committee comprising the Irrigation Department Secretary, Law Secretary, and GAD Secretary. The ministers are expected to discuss the committee’s summary and the PC Ghose Commission report at length during the Cabinet meeting scheduled on Monday.
