Kothagudem: SCCL GM (Personnel) K Basavaiah handed over the compassionate employment orders to the children of the workers, who were declared medically invalid in the corporate area.
Speaking on the occasion he said Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao decided to offer compassionate employment to medically invalid workers and hence the appointment orders were handed over to seven candidates on Thursday.
It was very fortunate to get a job in the company and that the newly appointed workers should strive for progress of the company with discipline, commitment, always following the principles of safety and the orders of the superiors, he suggested. The children of the workers who received the employment orders thanked the Chief Minister and Singareni CMD N Sridhar. DGM (Personnel) Dhan Pal Srinivas, Senior POs Sushil Kumar, Beti Raju and others were present.
At a meeting later in the day with the SCCL Women’s Cell members Basavaiah informed that sports and games would be conducted for women employees on March 5 and prize distribution ceremony would take place on March 8 at the Head Office marking International Women’s Day.
