Hyderabad: Forest Minister A Indrakaran Reddy stressed on the need to conduct more research for ensuring pollution-free environment and the impact of climate change on agriculture sector.
The Minister released the Environmental Table Calendar – 2022 prepared by Environment Protection Training & Research Institute (EPTRI) at Aranya Bhavan here on Thursday. EPRTI Director General Adhar Sinha was also present on the occasion.
Addressing on the occasion, the Minister wanted EPTRI to conduct research on the impact of climate change and share the information with government. Awareness should be created among people on energy savings and the benefits of protecting natural resources, he said.
