Hyderabad: Senior BRS MLA T Harish Rao challenged Congress Lok Sabha leader Rahul Gandhi to visit Ashok Nagar and witness how the Congress government in Telangana, turned it into ‘Shok Nagar’, with its attacks on job aspirants. He said both Rahul Gandhi and his Congress party have misled the youth of Telangana.

Ahead of Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Telangana, Harish Rao took to X and asked whether the former was aware how students were beaten up by his ‘Prajala Sarkar’ (people’s government) at the very place he visited before the Assembly elections.

“Less than 10 per cent of the promised two lakh jobs have been delivered, and the so-called ‘revamped TSPSC’ is just a ‘rebranded TGPSC’ with no real job calendar – it’s a ‘jobless calendar’ instead,” he said.

The BRS leader stated that the Yuva Vikasam scheme where Telangana’s youth were promised RS 5 lakh, turned into an empty promise.
