Hyderabad: BRS Whip KP Vivekananda slammed the Congress government for misleading both the public and the judiciary, citing the Supreme Court’s strong observations on the Kancha Gachibowli deforestation issue. He said the government is facing judicial rebukes due to its rash and inexperienced decisions in multiple instances.

Addressing the media persons at Telangana Bhavan, Vivekananda ridiculed Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy for referring Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy as the Chief Minister. He said people were suffering due to the Congress government’s irrational decisions.

He questioned the multiple investigations against the previous BRS regime, including the latest forensic audit on Dharani portal, stating that over ten probes have yielded no result so far.

“The Congress has been mudslinging on the BRS for past two years, without taking up any development work. Instead of targeting the BRS, the Congress should focus on governance,” he said.
