Former MLA Kancherla Bhupal Reddy welcomed several of them into the party. Among those who joined were Desoju Ramachari, a senior leader from Dacharam and Lella Sandeep Reddy, along with their followers. Bhupal Reddy welcomed them into the party offering them pink scarves. Bhupal Reddy said the Congress party was facing severe opposition from the public, and even their own leaders were dissatisfied with the government’s approach. He stated that the induction of these Congress leaders marked the first step towards reviving the party’s glory in Nalgonda constituency.
Ramachari and Sandeep Reddy, who joined the BRS, expressed their discontent with the Congress party, stating that despite the hopes of the people for change, the Congress leaders have been neglecting the public and focusing on personal gains.
They mentioned that the public’s dissatisfaction with the government has been growing over the past year, and despite bringing these issues to the party’s attention multiple times, there has been no response. They believe that the people are now looking towards the BRS of K Chandrashekhar Rao for better governance.
