Hyderabad: Even as the Congress government is boasting about having conducted a transparent “Socio, Economic, Educational, Employment, Political and Caste Survey”, Congress MLC Teenmaar Mallanna dubbed it fake and went to the extent of burning a copy of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s statement on the survey report.

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy had made a statement in the Assembly on Tuesday on the report. However, the report was not tabled in the House. He explained the methodology adopted in conducting the survey and data outcomes from the survey, which was conducted with a cost of Rs 160 crore.

However, the Congress MLC called the survey a conspiracy to bury the socio-political aspirations of BC leaders. It was all fake figures, he said, adding that the intentions of the government were exposed and no justice would be rendered to the BCs, he charged in a video that is going viral on social media platforms.

“Compared to the voters list, there is lot of variation in the BC population figures. This is done deliberately and is humiliation to the BCs. I will not accept this survey,” Mallanna said and burnt a copy of the Chief Minister’s statement.
