Yadadri-Bhongir: Yadadri-Bhongir MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Monday expressed anger over the officials on flexi banners put up at the Mandal Parishad guest house at Ramannapet in Yadadri-Bhongir district.
After noticing two flexi banners of TRS, which contained the portraits of Nakrekal MLA Chirumathi Lingaiah and other TRS leaders, he registered strong displeasure over the political banners on the premises of a government office. He asked the officials to see such incidents did not recur in the future. After this, the MP followers tore up the flexi banners.
Earlier speaking at a media conference here, Venkat Reddy said that the future politics in the State would be dominated by Congress. He said that disappointment over the TRS government was brewing among people. Referring to the decision of the State government to introduce English medium in the government schools, he questioned why Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao had not thought about it in the last nine years.
He saw a political motive behind the decision of the State government. He said house plots had not been allocated to the employees and ration cards were not issued to the poor people in the last nine years. He urged the government to take measures for the completion of the Brahmanavellemla project (Udhya samudram Lift Irrigation scheme) at the earliest.
