Khammam: The Congress government has been dilly-dallying implementation of a 42 percent quota to BCs to prevent them from getting their rightful political share, alleged BJP state president N Ramachander Rao.

Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, he said the BJP was committed to a 42 percent quota to BCs but opposed any religion based reservations. Allocating 10 percent reservations to Muslims within the 42 percent quota was not acceptable, he said.
