Warangal: A commendable act of heroism took place in Warangal city when a constable on duty effectively performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to save a youngster’s life following his collapse due to a heart attack during the Ravana Vadh (burning of Raavan effigy) ceremony of Dasara festivities held at Warangal’s Rangaleela grounds on Saturday night.
The incident took place during a stampede that broke out at the event, causing the youth to collapse and lose consciousness.
The constable noticed the situation immediately and quickly administered CPR, successfully reviving the youth.
