Constables save man’s life with CPR in Vemulawada

Two Armed Reserve constables saved a man’s life in Vemulawada by giving CPR after he collapsed at a hotel near Thippapur bus stand. The man, Ramesh, regained consciousness and was shifted to hospital. The Superintendent of Police praised the timely effort.

Rajanna-Sircilla: Two Armed Reserve constables saved the life of a man by performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in Vemulawada temple town on Tuesday.

Ramesh, a resident of Nampally in Vemulawada municipal limits, suddenly collapsed at a hotel near the Thippapur bus stand. Constables Gangaraju and Srinivas, who were on duty in the area, immediately rushed to help and gave CPR. After a few minutes, Ramesh regained consciousness and was shifted to the Vemulawada Area Hospital.


Superintendent of Police Mahesh B Gite appreciated the personnel for their quick response, which helped save a life.
