Siddipet: With IMD’s forecast of heavy rains across Telangana for the next couple of days, District Collector P Venkatrami Reddy set up a control room at the Integrated Collectorate office to reach out to the people in emergency need.
The Collector asked the poeple to call 08457-230000 if they need any help. He instructed the Panchayat Raj, Transco, Revenue, different engineering departments, municipal officials, and others departments to stay on alert round the clock to reach out to the people. Reddy asked them to closely monitor the situation to avoid any human and property loss until the rain recedes.
