Couple dies in road accident in Dharmapuri

A couple from Ramaiahpalli visited a church in Dharmapuri to offer prayers for the New Year. Tragically, they met with an accident on their way back to their village. Both sustained severe injuries when a speeding lorry collided with their bike.

Jagtial: Couple died in a road accident that took place in Dharmapuri town late on Tuesday night.

The incident occurred when a speeding lorry rammed into a bike wherein the deceased were travelling. Kusa Chandraiah (60) and his wife Bhagyamma (55) were died


Residents of Ramaiahpalli, the couple visited a church in Dharmapuri to perform prayers on the occasion of new year. They met with an accident while returning to their native village. Duo sustained serious injuries when a speeding lorry hit their bike.

While Chandraiah died on the spot, Bhagyamma breathed her last while undergoing treatment in hospital.
