Couple ends life over family issues in Siddipet
Siddipet: A couple allegedly committed suicide following family disputes at Dharamaram village of Mirudoddi Mandal in Siddipet district on Monday.
According to the police, the victims were identified as Devaraju (30) and his wife Mamatha (28). The couple, who went to Mothey village on Sunday to attend a function along with their two children and Devaraju’s parents, returned home on Monday morning, leaving the children and parents in Mothey. They were found hanging to the ceiling in the house by neighbours hours later.
Dubbak Inspector Harikrishna Goud said that the couple was having serious disputes for six months. Unable to sort out, they reportedly took the extreme step. A case has been registered and the investigation is on. The bodies have been shifted to Government Hospital Siddipet.
