Sangareddy: A couple from Patancheru died in Andhra Pradesh after a private bus hit their car at Railway Kodur in Annamayya district on Monday.

The couple’s three children sustained serious injuries in the road mishap. The condition of the eldest of the three children is said to be critical. The couple Sandeep Shah (45) and his wife Anjali Devi (40) were on a pilgrimage to Tirupati. The incident happened when they were on their way back to Patancheru. Shah was also the president of the North Indians Welfare Association, Patancheru. Since he also used to move closely with Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy, the MLA expressed shock over the accident and sent a condolence message to the bereaved family members. Reddy also sent his brother Madusudhan Reddy to Railway Kodur to ensure the children were provided better treatment.
