Covid-19: 351 new cases and two fatalities in Telangana
A total of 415 persons recovered on Saturday taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the State to 2,83,463 with a recovery rate of 97.81 per cent, while the countrywide recovery rate was 96.4 per cent.

Hyderabad: Telangana has recorded 351 new Covid-19 infections and two fatalities on Saturday taking the overall toll to 1,565 and the cumulative number of positive cases so far to 2,89,784. As on Saturday, there were 4,756 active Covid-19 cases in the State.
A total of 415 persons recovered on Saturday taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the State to 2,83,463 with a recovery rate of 97.81 per cent, while the countrywide recovery rate was 96.4 per cent.

Between Friday and Saturday, 37,451 Covid tests were conducted in the State while reports of another 608 samples were awaited. So far, a total of 72,53,236 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 2,89,784 have tested positive and 2,83,463 persons have recovered.
The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included five from Adilabad, nine from Bhadradri, 65 from areas under GHMC, eight from Jagtiyal, five from Jangaon, six from Bhupalpally, two from Gadwal, five from Kamareddy, 16 from Karimnagar, 11 from Khammam, six from Asifabad, eight from Mahabubnagar, seven from Mahabubabad, nine from Mancherial, five from Medak, 28 from Medchal Malkajgiri, five from Mulugu, four from Nagarkurnool, 10 from Nalgonda, two from Narayanpet, seven from Nirmal, nine from Nizamabad, 10 from Peddapalli, seven from Siricilla, 30 from Rangareddy, 11 from Sangareddy, nine from Siddipet, seven from Suryapet, nine from Vikarabad, three from Wanaparthy, six from Warangal Rural, 18 from Warangal Urban, nine from Yadadri.
