Covid-19: 635 new cases, 4 deaths in Telangana
A total of 573 persons recovered on Tuesday taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the State to 2,74,833 with a recovery rate of 97.12 per cent while the countrywide recovery rate was 95.7 per cent.

Hyderabad: Telangana has recorded 635 new Covid-19 infections and four fatalities on Tuesday taking the overall toll to 1,522 and the cumulative number of positive cases so far to 2,82,982. As on Tuesday, there were 6, 627 active Covid-19 cases in the State.
A total of 573 persons recovered on Tuesday taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the State to 2,74,833 with a recovery rate of 97.12 per cent while the countrywide recovery rate was 95.7 per cent.
Between Monday and Tuesday, 45,609 Covid tests were conducted in the State while reports of another 766 samples were awaited. So far, a total of 65,66,602 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 2,82,982 have tested positive and 2,74,833 persons have recovered.
The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included 11 from Adilabad, 25 from Bhadradri, 115 from areas under GHMC, 19 from Jagtiyal, 11 from Jangaon, six each from Bhupalpally, three from Gadwal, six from Kamareddy, 30 from Karimnagar, 35 from Khammam, four from Asifabad, 12 Mahabubnagar, eight from Mahabubabad, 18 from Mancherial, nine from Medak, 49 from Medchal Malkajgiri, 12 from Mulugu, eight from Nagarkurnool, 25 from Nalgonda, four from Nirmal, 11 from Nizamabad, 15 from Pedapalli, seven from Siricilla, 57 from Rangareddy, 17 each from Sangareddy and Siddipet, 19 from Suryapet, 12 from Vikarabad, seven from Wanaparthy, 12 from Warangal Rural, 39 from Warangal Urban, 12 from Yadadri.
