Covid-19: 7430 cases and 56 fatalities in Telangana on Saturday
Between Friday and Saturday, authorities conducted 76, 330 Covid rapid tests of which the results of 4,652 samples are awaited. On Saturday, 5567 individuals have recovered with a recovery rate of 81.57 percent.
Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 7,430 new Covid cases and 56 fatalities on Saturday, taking the number of deaths to 2368 and total number of positive cases so far to 4, 50, 790. The number of active cases in Telangana has reached 80, 695.
Between Friday and Saturday, authorities conducted 76, 330 Covid rapid tests of which the results of 4,652 samples are awaited. On Saturday, 5567 individuals have recovered with a recovery rate of 81.57 percent.
So far, a total of 1, 30, 60, 114 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 4, 50, 790 have tested positive and 3, 67, 727 persons have recovered.
The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included 86 from Adilabad, 105 from Bhadradri, 1546 from areas under GHMC, 226 from Jagtiyal, 48 from Jangaon, 65 from Bhupalpally, 88 Gadwal, 147 from Kamareddy, 272 from Karimnagar, 258 from Khammam, 82 from Asifabad, 279 from Mahabubnagar, 115 from Mahabubabad, 178 from Mancherial, 114 from Medak, 533 from Medchal-Malkajgiri, 36 from Mulugu, 205 from Nagarkurnool, 368 from Nalgonda, 51 from Narayanpet, 62 from Nirmal, 301 from Nizamabad, 125 from Peddapalli, 92 from Siricilla, 475 from Rangareddy, 349 from Sangareddy, 242 from Siddipet, 106 each Suryapet, 203 from Vikarabad, 89 from Wanaparthy, 115 from Warangal Rural, 321 from Warangal Urban and 148 from Bhongir.
