Hyderabad: The recovery rate among the Covid patients in Singareni area hospitals has increased significantly, Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) Director (Finance) N Balaram said here on Saturday.

In a statement here, he said the present active cases were less than two per cent in Singareni. During a video conference with the Singareni Area General Managers, he said the recovery chances would be more if patients maintain high morale.

He instructed officials to ensure that the doctors and other paramedical staff work in three shifts. The SCCL has already appointed 40 doctors, 126 nurses and 250 para-medical staff on temporary basis for providing proper treatment to patients.

If necessary, more doctors including specialists and nurses could also be appointed to meet the requirements. Free treatment was given in the company hospitals to those working on contract basis, he said, adding that employees should maintain physical distance while discharging duty.
The patients would recover soon if they follow the suggestions given by the doctors.
