Covid19: Telangana records 582 new cases, three deaths on Thursday
On Thursday, authorities conducted 1, 07,329 Covid tests of which results of 1,459 samples were awaited
Hyderabad: Telangana reported 582 new Covid infections and three fatalities on Thursday taking the cumulative number of deaths to 3,817 and the total number of positive cases to 6,47, 811. The number of active cases in Telangana, as on Thursday, was 8,744.
On Thursday, authorities conducted 1, 07,329 Covid tests of which results of 1,459 samples were awaited. A total of 638 individuals have recovered with a recovery rate of 98 per cent on Thursday. So far, a total of 2,25,26,496 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 6,47,811 have tested positive and 6,35,250 persons have recovered.
The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included three from Adilabad, 12 from Bhadradri Kothagudem, 83 from areas under GHMC, 24 from Jagtiyal, eight from Jangaon, six from Jayashankar Bhupalpally, one from Jogulamba Gadwal, 61 from Karimnagar, 45 from Khammam, four from Komarambheem Asifabad, five from Mahabubnagar, 11 from Mahabubabad, 17 from Mancherial, six from Medak, 27 from Medchal-Malkajgiri, seven from Mulugu, four from Nagarkurnool, 39 from Nalgonda, four from Nirmal, five from Nizamabad, 22 from Peddapalli, 17 from Rajanna Siricilla, 26 from Rangareddy, nine from Sangareddy, 18 from Siddipet, 26 from Suryapet, two from Vikarabad, six from Wanaparthy, seven from Warangal Rural, 61 from Warangal Urban and 16 from Yadadri Bhongir.
