Warangal: The CPI Maoist party leaders on Friday called for a bandh on November 27 in memory of Mardhitola martyrs of Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra. They appealed to the people of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha States to support the bandh and make it a big success.
In a statement, party spokesperson Abhay said that several leaders, party units, PLGA units would take out rallies across the State. He said that the senior party leaders Deepak Da, Mahesh, Lokesh, Dileep and others fought courageously in Mardhitola Forest in Gadchiroli district of Maharastra and martyred in the encounter with the police forces.
