Creation of new districts transformed Telangana: Harish Rao

Stating that the new Integrated Collectorate Complex will stand as a symbol of development, the Minister said that the new offices would have advanced technologies besides having spacious offices

Siddipet: Finance Minister T Harish Rao said the creation of new districts, revenue divisions, mandals, municipalities and panchayats had helped people in a great way.

Stating that the creation of new Siddipet, Medak and Sangareddy districts by dividing erstwhile Medak district has avoided the people from travelling long distances to reach the district headquarters, Rao said creation of Siddipet district was a decade-long dream which Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao realised within a couple of years after the State was created.

Stating that the creation of Telangana State has benefited the people greatly, he said that Telangana had undergone a transformation within 7 years of TRS rule. Stating that the new Integrated Collectorate Complex will stand as a symbol of development in the newly created districts, the Minister said that the new offices would have advanced technologies besides having spacious offices.
