CREDAI announces the Hyderabad Property Show 2025

CREDAI Hyderabad’s annual property show will be held from August 15 to 17 at Hitex. Featuring only RERA-approved projects, the expo promises a range of apartments, villas, and commercial spaces amid continued market growth and investor confidence in Hyderabad.

Hyderabad: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI)’s Hyderabad Property Show would be held at Hitex Exhibition Centre from August 15 to 17. The theme of this year’s edition is ‘Choice is Yours’, a message that reflects the commitment to empowering homebuyers.

The property show would be a one-stop solution offering homebuyers only RERA-approved projects from CREDAI Member Developers, ensuring the showcase of the most trustworthy properties under one roof. At the property show, the best projects in the city, featuring apartment complexes, villas, plots, and commercial spaces across the city would be on display.

N Jaideep Reddy, President, CREDAI Hyderabad, said, “Hyderabad’s real estate market continues to show a strong and positive outlook, backed by stable growth, consistent demand, and rising buyer confidence. In the month of May 2025 alone, property registrations crossed Rs.4,300 crores, registering a 14% YoY growth.”

B. Jagannath Rao, President-Elect of CREDAI Hyderabad, said, “In spite of the global turmoil, the city is acting as a preferred destination for global investors, and the sentiment in the city is positive. It is a good time to pick up a property in the city.”
