They stated that the experience in Dharani Agricultural portal which was launched by the Chief Minister on October 29 has been very encouraging. It has increased transparency and bought great convenience to citizens in the transaction of properties. The Chief Secretary said that as the majority of transactions of non-agriculture property are by way of sale of plots and newly built flats and houses, it was being considered to make separate provision for expeditious processing of such transactions.
