Hyderabad: Global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has constantly expanded its footprint in Hyderabad and almost developed its team strength in the last 4-5 years. It has also created a future workplace for its employees, which enables both productivity and collaboration.
The company’s office is located at Mindspace IT Park in Madhapur and they have been operating from this facility since 2007. The company recently expanded the facility and built a whole new office. Besides this central office, the company’s employees are stationed at multiple client sites across the city.
Veera Babu, managing director, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), Hyderabad & East India, told ‘Telangana Today’, “Hyderabad is one of the fastest growing real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. To tap the market opportunities here, we have doubled our capacity in recent years and currently have over 300 employees working with us.”
He added, “The pandemic ushered in an opportunity to rethink how we work. The team at C&W has reimagined the future workplace and leveraged expertise in real estate, design and technology, to recreate our new office spread over 9,000 sq ft.”
Efforts are made to make the office engaging. For instance, a coffee-bar for reception makes for a welcoming space. It’s an informal lounge for quick meetings with visitors or for employees to catch up over a cup of coffee. Not only that, it comes with movable bleacher seating.
Veera Babu emphasised, it is important for employees to have access to a great workspace which supports productivity and collaboration. C&W Hyderabad’s new workspace delivers great experiences by creating an office environment that people want.
