Hyderabad: Three police officers who were suspended in connection with the alleged custodial death case of a woman in Addagudur were dismissed from service by Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat.

The police officers were V.Maheshwar, Sub-inspector, MA Rasheed Patel and P. Janaiah, both police constable officers. They were earlier placed under suspension following the allegations and outcome of the internal departmental enquiry.


The commissioner dismissed them from service under Article 311 (2) (b) of the Constitution and 25 (2) of Conduct rules.
