Hyderabad: Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) Commissioner, G Srijana, directed officials and the agency concerned to adhere to the deadline for completion of three flyovers and one underpass, at IIIT Junction and Khajaguda Junction in Gachibowli.

On Saturday, Srijana visited the two junctions and reviewed the progress of ongoing flyovers and underpass works taken up under the H-CITI project. During the inspection, she assessed the overall status of works and emphasised the need for timely execution and strict adherence to project timelines.

The Commissioner also directed officials to expedite construction works and ensure that all foundation-level works were completed before the onset of monsoon. Officials were also directed to closely monitor project execution and promptly highlight any requirements for higher-level support, facilitating quicker decision-making and seamless advancement of work.

She directed that the IIIT Junction and Khajaguda Junction flyovers be completed by March 2027. Field engineers were instructed to undertake micro-level monitoring of works, reviewing progress against targeted timelines on an item-wise basis, and maintain quality standards while ensuring timely completion of works.
