Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Police have collected 743 units of blood through blood donation camps organised on the eve of Police Commemoration Day.
On Tuesday, the police collected 569 units of blood at different camps organised across the Cyberabad Commissionerate. Police personnel and local people participated in the camps and donated blood.
Cyberabad Police Commissioner V C Sajjanar said the police were working round the clock for the safety and security of the citizens irrespective of the weather conditions. He recalled the sacrifices made by the police personnel in line of duty and said that they would be remembered for their good work.
