Cyberabad police solve 7 cybercrime cases, arrest 10 across India

Cyberabad Police solved seven cybercrime cases in a week, arresting 10 suspects across multiple states. Cases included trading, job, loan, and digital frauds. Authorities recovered Rs 74.28 lakh for victims and advised reporting cybercrime via helpline 1930.

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Police have solved seven cybercrime cases and arrested 10 persons across multiple States in a week-long crackdown between April 1 and April 7.

According to the police, the cases include four trading frauds, one part-time job scam, one loan fraud and one digital arrest fraud.


Police also secured court orders in 46 cases to refund Rs 74.28 lakh to victims.

Officials urged people to remain cautious and report cyber fraud immediately via the national helpline 1930 or the cybercrime portal.
