Hyderabad: The Cyberabad She Teams caught 23 persons on charges of harassing women across various locations in Kukatpally late on Monday.
The suspects, all in their twenties, were found misbehaving with women in public places including bus stations, educational institutions, market and other crowded places.
The She Team personnel, who were present there as part of a decoy operation, documented their acts and caught them. They were counseled and handed over to the Kukatpally police station, who took up further investigation.
