Hyderabad: Cyient Foundation, the CSR arm of Cyient Ltd., has partnered with ICT Academy to launch a comprehensive entrepreneurship development program aimed at empowering 2,000 students across engineering, arts, and science institutions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
The initiative is designed to equip young minds from tier-2 and tier-3 cities with entrepreneurial skills and industry exposure through a structured three-stage program spanning awareness, intensive training, and mentorship.
Over the course of 12 months, the program aims to build entrepreneurial capacity through awareness sessions for 2,000 students, followed by hands-on entrepreneurship training for 1,000 selected participants. The top 100 students will then receive two months of personalized mentoring and business facilitation, including guidance on fundraising, compliance, leadership, and go-to-market strategies.
