Hyderabad: An increasing number of US-based Telugu organisations are extending support for the BRS party’s grand Silver Jubilee celebrations in Dallas, USA on June 1. Latest to join is Dallas Rayalaseema Organisation.

A preparatory meeting held in Dallas on Sunday, saw enthusiastic participation from Telugu NRIs and leaders from various organisations.

Speaking on the occasion, BRS global NRI coordinator Mahesh Bigala said the event reflects the unity of Telugu communities abroad, noting support from the Dallas Rayalaseema Organisation. Former Minister and BRS working president KT Rama Rao will attend as chief guest. Over 200 members, including Dr Darga Nagireddy and Krishna Reddy Koduru, have pledged support.

BRS NRI USA advisory board chairman Tanneeru Mahesh said the event has drawn wide interest, crediting BRS’s role in Hyderabad’s development. BRS NRI leader Rao Kalvala recalled KT Rama Rao’s 2015 US visit and praised Telangana’s progress under BRS. Representatives from TPAD and other associations confirmed large-scale participation.

Leaders including Hemant Bejjanki and Surabhi Srinivas shared BRS’s achievements in education and welfare during its first decade after the State formation. More preparatory meetings are scheduled in the Bay Area and Houston. Senior BRS leaders, including Balka Suman and Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, will join events in the coming days to garner further support.
