Damage to Kushal Tandon’s restaurant in Mumbai costs him Rs 25 lakh

‘Bigg Boss’ fame actor Kushal Tandon’s restaurant in Mumbai, Arbour 28, was damaged recently due to the heavy rains in the city. He has suffered a loss of around Rs 20 – Rs 25 lakh. Earlier, he had shared the pictures of his damaged restaurant on his Instagram Stories.
In the photo, the roof of his restaurant is seen fallen to the ground. Along with it, Kushal wrote, “Thanku mumbai rains for doin this to @arbour28mumbai as if COVID was not enough, like Nike, jus do it, you did it too. On brighter side of the story, thankfully no watchman or guard got injured (sic).”
Kushal opened Arbour28 in December 2019. The grand opening saw the presence of Hardik Pandya, Sohail Khan, Sidharth Shukla, Karanvir Bohra, Iulia Vantur, Alvira Khan, Krystle D’Souza and Nia Sharma.
When asked about the situation, he told a leading daily that he would try to fix the situation soon as “it was made with lots of love. I had called people from France to get special cloth material to do it. It’s a 6,000 sq ft space. So, of course, it won’t be easy. But I am not going to wait. I’ll get it rectified soonest,” he said.
