DCCB director seeks transparency in filling posts at RIMS Adilabad

DCCB Director Govardhan Reddy submitting a representation to Additional Collectorat Nataraj in Adilabad on Tuesday. Govardhan Reddy said that criteria for selection of the candidates shall be made based on the merit of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification for various posts by waving the written and oral tests

Adilabad: TRS senior leader and DCCB Director B Govardhan Reddy requested authorities concerned to follow rules while filling various posts at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS)-Adilabad. He submitted a representation in this regard to Additional Collector Nataraj here on Tuesday.

Govardhan Reddy said that criteria for selection of the candidates shall be made based on the merit of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification for various posts by waving the written and oral tests. He stated that rule of reservations must be followed under the provisions of Rule 22-A of States subordinate service rules in force duly maintaining the Roaster Register point 100-cycle and also follow the presidential order (local or non-local) scrupulously.

“Notification of vacancies shall be made by giving wide publicity in the newspaper as per the rules. The merit candidate list should be displayed with marks for its transparency on the website concerned. Genuineness of the certificate verification with the concerned authorities could be verified,” he wanted in a letter addressed to the director of Medical Education, Hyderabad.

He sought the review of the performances of the agencies and conduct of meetings for every three months at RIMS Adilabad by inviting all the stakeholders and two percent of Jobs might be reserved for meritorious sportspersons as per government order of Telangana. He further urged the director of medical education to take steps for the smooth functioning of the institution.
