DCI Dr K. Satheesh Kumar Reddy felicitated by members of IDA in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Noted orthodontist Dr K. Satheesh Kumar Reddy, has been appointed as the (Acting) president of Dental Council of India (DCI), effective November 29. Dr.Reddy who previously served vice president, succeeded Dr Dibyendu Mazumder.

Members of the Indian Dental Association (IDA) Deccan branch felicitated Dr Reddy on Tuesday. A BDS and MDS graduate of Government Dental College, Hyderabad, Dr Reddy’s career includes serving as a Professor in the Department of Orthodontics. He has also been a member of the DCI for a decade (2004–2014) and an academic senate member at Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh.


The felicitation was attended by IDA, Deccan branch, president Dr Niranjan Reddy, Secretary Dr A Srikanth, Treasurer Dr Farheen Mirza and other senior dentists.
