Hyderabad: The death toll in Nanakramguda accident involving car and bike reached two as Venkata Ramana Reddy who was critical died while undergoing treatment.

Ramana, along with his friend I Shravani, were going on a bike when a car driven by Sri Kailash rammed the bike on the Nanakramguda slip road on Sunday night.

The woman, a student of CBIT college in Gandipet, died on the spot, while her friend Ramana suffered critical injuries.

He was shifted to Gandhi Hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.

The police registered a case for rash and negligent driving against Sai Kailash and arrested him.

Sai Kailash recently returned from London where he studied at a university.
