Deccan Warriors aim to seal perfect home record in season finale against Chanmari FC

 The Championship Stage fixture is scheduled to kick off at 6:30 PM at the Deccan Arena.

In their previous league outing, the Deccan Warriors played out a 1-1 draw against Shillong Lajong FC, while visitors Chanmari FC registered a 2-0 victory over Dempo SC at home.

Speaking ahead of the match, Head Coach Carlos Vaz Pinto said, “Ahead of our final home game, I would like to convey our sincere thanks to the fans and tomorrow we’d want to achieve a win for them. We are facing a good team in Chanmari and we have to be competitive throughout the 90 minutes to counter their pressure and secure a win.”

Young midfielder Lalchungnunga Chhangte, who has played a crucial role coming off the bench for the Deccan Warriors, further added, “We are so far unbeaten at home, and going into tomorrow’s final home game, we want to play it for a win. We will play our absolute best with our 100 percent on the ground to secure the three points for our fans.”
