Hyderabad: Design Democracy, a design festival, on Friday announced the fourth edition of its flagship event, which will be held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre here until September 20. The edition brings together over 200 design brands, more than 150 speakers and an expected 30,000 visitors from across the country.
Spread across four distinctive halls — Canvas, Muse, Atelier and Alchemy — the festival will showcase design through exhibitions, installations, conversations and curated experiences.
The festival will also feature DD Talks and DD Focus, bringing together more than 150 architects, designers, artists, entrepreneurs and thought leaders for keynote sessions and panel discussions on the future of design. Key speakers include Alfaz Miller, Ravinder Reddy, Sandeep Khosla, Ankon Mitra and Sussanne Khan.
Design Democracy co-founder Pallika Sreewastav said the festival was born from a simple belief that great design has the power to inspire, connect and bring people together.
“As we welcome the fourth edition, our commitment remains the same: to build an ecosystem that champions Indian design while bringing together the people who shape its future,” she said.
