Developing SCCL to international standards a matter of pride for Telangana: CMD

Dr Buddha Prakash Jyoti, CMD of SCCL, urged employees to work with dedication to elevate Singareni Collieries to international standards. Speaking at Telangana Formation Day celebrations, he highlighted expansion beyond Telangana, stressed productivity improvements, and called for optimum use of machinery in both open-cast and underground mines.

Peddapalli: Chairman and Managing Director of SCCL Dr Buddhaprakash Jyoti stated that taking Singareni, one of Telangana’s most important enterprises, to international standards would be a matter of pride for the state. He called upon all employees to discharge their responsibilities with dedication and commitment to achieve this goal.

Addressing a meeting held in connection with State Formation Day celebrations on Tuesday, he said that Singareni was expanding not only within Telangana but also into other states, and that the organization should work with the vision of gradually establishing its presence at the international level.

Highlighting Singareni’s bright future, he emphasized the need to increase production and productivity by making optimum use of machinery in both opencast and underground mines, while also improving the quality of operations and output.
