Karimnagar: MIM town president Syed Ghulam Mohammed Hussein made it clear that Dharani programme has no relation with Union government’s NRC or NPR. In order to record the properties of people, the Telangana government has taken up Dharani survey. However, it has no link with NRC/NPR and Central government’s policies, he said while interacting with party corporators and other leaders on Saturday.

He came to know that some of the Muslims were not cooperating with the LRS. It was not proper on the part of people to oppose the programme. People having open plots should regularise their lands through LRS by booking slats before October 30. He asked MIM corporators and workers to educate the people about the benefits of Dharani and LRS.
