Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao took a sharp dig on Congress Lok Sabha leader Rahul Gandhi’s Vietnam trip during the mourning period for former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. He stated that disrespecting great leaders is in the core DNA of the Congress.

Rama Rao stated that he was more surprised by the naivete of those who are surprised by Rahul Gandhi‘s Vietnam trip. Recalling the treatment meted out to former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao by the Congress, he added, “We in Telangana have not forgotten what the Congress did to late Narasimha Rao ji. Disrespecting great leaders who spent every breath of their life for Congress and our country is the very definition and the core DNA of the Congress.”

In another post on X, the BRS working president went on to describe the Congress government’s performance as a 3D model of Deception, Destruction, and Distraction. “However hard they try, in 2025, we will stay focused and continue to hold them accountable on the 420 promises that they made to the people of Telangana,” he affirmed.
